We have a requirement for a consultant (or an experienced engineer) with practical knowledge and experience to ensure our clients’ continued compliance with Part E for a wide range of both new and change of use developments. The role requires the ability to provide practical, real world predevelopment design solutions for our clients, both on site and remotely; remedial advice where required and support to our team of acoustic testing engineers.
The role is very hands-on and requires a candidate with great communication skills to help the business grow.
Ideally the role would be based in our Sevenoaks, Kent office, but we may consider a remote home-based role for the right candidate.
Air tightness experience, while not essential, would be beneficial.

We have a requirement for a consultant (or an experienced engineer) with practical knowledge and experience to provide our clients with telephone support to ensure compliance with Part E for a wide range of both new and change of use developments. The role requires the ability to provide practical, real world predevelopment solutions for our clients and remedial advice. A professional yet friendly telephone manner is essential.
This role may be particularly suitable for a consultant who wants a home-based role, possibly with part time hours.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Air Tightness Tester to bring their skills and knowledge to the Company to help further develop the business.
The candidate will be experienced in both L1 and L2 testing and be confident providing remedial advice when required. The ideal candidate would also have carried out sound insulation testing.
The role is largely home based and the candidate should be conveniently located to service our London and Home Counties client base.
Salary is dependent on experience and what value the successful applicant can provide to the company.
